Employee Relations Lead: Investigations & Guidance
MAXIMUS
Maximus is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support the centralized Employee Relations team. You will lead moderately complex investigations and draft comprehensive investigative reports in partnership with HR Business Partners, Legal and HR Compliance. The role provides guidance to people managers on performance management, terminations, policy interpretation and conflict resolution, while monitoring inquiries and escalating complex matters to ER leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr MAXIMUS
