The Quality Assurance Manager will provide general supervision and technical guidance to QA Staff in the Muskogee Star facility. Ensures all products shipped to customers meet customer requirements and are compliant with technical specifications. Also, responsible for implementing plans for and execute the Quality portion of the Integrated Management System. This position is the designated Quality Management Representative for the facility.Your Role at a GlanceManage the Quality System and maintain certificationsManage internal and external audits with QSE ManagerManage system for corrective and preventative actionsLead Quality Department and Quality EngineersProvide technical support for Operations and SalesLead field service investigations and claim resolutionManage laboratory activities and budgetsLead product development and design activitiesLead utilization of statistical quality methodsManage Quality reporting and implement Quality PlansManage inspection process and subcontractorsShare leadership of Supplier Quality ManagementLocation: Muskogee, OklahomaWhat Sets You ApartWe're looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation:Must possess a Degree in Engineering: Materials/Metallurgical Engineering preferredA minimum of 10 years' experience with API Tubular manufacturing or related industry.Management of Quality or Operations function in manufacturing situation — Actually leading teams in implementation of Quality toolsExperience with API QI and IS09001 and auditingExperience with OCTG Distributors and Users a plusDemonstrated leadership skills in Quality and Operations of Industrial sectorExperienced in leading teams in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, SPC and other Quality and Process improvement toolsWhat Powers Your PerformanceSuccess in this role is driven by a strong mix of personal ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
