CNC Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift

• Set up multiple Turning or Milling Machining Centers – (CNC Machines) involving intricate tooling in a wide range of close tolerance applications.
• Assist in devising methods of machining new and difficult jobs.
• Assist in scheduling and ordering tooling.
• Instruct and train others.
• Diagnose and correct problems of basic to medium difficulty, quickly and efficiently.
• Make programming and job improvements.
• Maintain production rate as documented in the process instructions.
• Improve 5S activity in your area of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Oversee the entire second shift including other departments. Total number of employees on the second shift will be approximately 7-9 people

CNC Supervisor Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5-10+ years prior CNC manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
• A LEADER.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a positive, supportive, cooperative manner.
• Very good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, peers, and management staff.
• Ability to perform functions safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to multiple customers (internal and external).
• Extremely dependable.
