Dietary Aide 
Part-time | Flex Schedule | $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

• Schedule:
  • Part-time | Flexible Scheduling- shifts include:
    • 6:00 am-2:00 pm 
    • 10:30 am-6:30 pm
  • Weekend and holiday rotations required

• ​​Assist with basic food prep, including portioning, plating, and maintaining high-quality standards
• Set tables, prepare beverages, deliver meals on schedule, and offer courteous resident service
• Follow recipes to prepare salads and desserts for meals
• Operate dishwashing equipment, clean and store dishware, and track supply levels
• Clean and sanitize dining and kitchen areas, manage waste, and support overall facility hygiene
• Follow hygiene protocols, prevent cross‑contamination, and monitor food temperatures
• Contribute positively to a team environment and communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently when needed
• Attend required meetings, follow regulations, and uphold the community’s mission and values

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
