Pilates Training Director - Regional Studio Lead

JETSET Pilates is seeking a dynamic Training Manager based in Miami to lead the Training Academy's efforts for new instructors and oversee up to 25 lead instructors across a regional network. The role combines training leadership, brand stewardship, and hands‑on instruction to ensure consistency of our signature Pilates experiences.
