Talk with your recruiter to learn more.Location & TravelThis position is remote but requires residency within 100 miles, with the possibility of on-site visits as needed.Key QualificationsCommercial property experience is essential; residential or apartment experience is not applicable.Strong lease administration skills, distinct from property management.Comprehensive understanding of different commercial lease types, including Base Year, Gross, and NNN Leases.Ability to conduct CAM and NNN reviews/audits, discerning tenant vs. landlord responsibilities.Proficient in calculating CPI increases and other rent escalations.Familiarity with Options, Right of First Refusal, Right of First Offer, and insurance provisions in leases.Ability to interpret general lease language effectively.SummaryThis role involves interpreting, abstracting, managing, and administering real estate leases and other contract documents across the system, including owned and non-owned properties. Responsibilities include creating reports, tracking lease status, notifying parties of critical dates, preparing lease-related notices, and participating in due diligence reviews for real property transactions.
