Your role will involve:

As a Director withinEuropeWayfinders,you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journeyduringWayfinders’foundational phase–translating strategic ambition into tangible impact.

You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growthforthe BeneluxWayfinders practice,cultivating clientrelationships,andwinning and delivering consulting engagements– with a particular focus on opportunity expansion in the Netherlands.

You willcollaboratewith Consulting PartnersandAssociate Partners tobuild credibility, momentum, and market presence,andwill be targeted tounlocknew revenue and business development opportunities.

In delivery,youwill lead large-scale, complex engagements, delivering measurable outcomes for clients while mentoring high-performing consulting teams.

With a strong consultancy background andexpertisein areas such as IT Value Transformation, Cyber Security, or Data & AI,you’llhelp shape our go-to-market strategy,developscalable offerings, and position Wayfinders asatrusted advisor for strategic technology transformation.

Thisrole offers the opportunity to combineentrepreneurial energy with leadership impactand to help accelerate Wayfinders’ growth in Europe.

As a Director, you will be responsible for:

Business Development

Identifyinggrowth opportunities and developingstrategic initiatives to expandWayfindersmarket presence and revenue streams.

Leadingthe creation of compelling proposals andclient presentations,resultingin Wayfinders consulting revenue, either standalone or as part of a joint engagement with Europe Region.

Identifyingfollow-on opportunities and supporting pipeline growth across key accounts.

Contributing to marketing initiatives and the creation of compelling pointsofview.

Client delivery & leadership

Leadinglarge orcomplex, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements across industries.

Providing strategic oversight,ensuring qualitydeliverables,and alignment with client expectations.

Building and sustaining trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Advising clients on strategic transformation initiatives and technology adoption.

Partnering with leadership to shape and grow our business, including go-to-market strategy, service offerings, thought-leadership, and consulting methodologies.

Collaborating across Fujitsu to integrate capabilities and delivercompelling consulting services.

Mentoring and developing consultants, fostering a high-performance, inclusive team culture.

Supporting the development of thought leadership,innovation,and internal capability.

Your transferable skills and experience:

Experience atDirectorlevel in a tier-one consultancy orequivalent role in a technology advisory practice within a tier-one Services or Solutions company–evidencinghands-on leadership of complex, multi-stakeholder consulting engagements.

A track recordof originating high valueadvisoryconsulting engagements,including the ability to lead proposal development that results in measurable revenue growth– ideally with a customerbaseintheNetherlands.

Sectorexpertisein the financial sector, the manufacturing / automotive sector and / or the public sector.

Experienceshaping strategic initiatives andgo-to-market offerings in areas such as IT Value Transformation, Cyber Security, or Data and AI.

Advancedstakeholderengagement and influencing skills, with a history of building trusted relationshipswithsenior decision-makersand navigating complex organisational dynamics.

Collaborative mindset with an ability to lead, develop and inspirediverse teams.
