Distribution Center General Warehouse

American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of A/C and heating equipment, accessories and supplies and has been serving our customers for 85 years. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Warehouse General to join our team at our Phoenix Distribution Center. This position is full-time (typically 7:00 am - 4:00 pm)About the position:Stock HVAC parts in warehouse; ensuring all items are in correct bin locationFollow supervisors’ directions to ensure following accurate stocking/product put awayReport any inventory discrepancies to ManagerQuality control on all items going out on orders:Inspection of all outgoing inventory ensuring accuracy by checking against pick listEnsure warehouse is in proper order by completing housekeeping tasks (clean, debris picked up, etc.) before the end of each shiftClean and tidy workstationSafe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks (after training)Follow the PWM’s (Preferred Work Methods) for warehouseEnsure all Safety Procedures followedWears proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Other duties as assigned by Manager**Physical Requirements and Demands not listed hereA minimum of 1-2 years warehouse experience in a high-volume HVAC Wholesale environment is preferredA High School Diploma is preferredEmployee must pass a pre-employment drug screen.Ability to maintain a valid driver’s licenseClean Motor Vehicle/Driving RecordMust be able to communicate well with others.Ability to handle multiple tasks.Computer knowledge including MS Office applications.Basic typing/10-key skills.Must be a minimum of 18years old #J-18808-Ljbffr American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc.
