Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Role Overview: Provides comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel, managing acute, chronic, and preventive health needs in-office, via testing centers, or through tele-health. Collaborates with in-person and virtual teams, utilizing clinical training to perform procedures and adapt to patient needs. Responsibilities Manage a broad patient panel with varied needs Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits Engage in ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and other modalities Collaborate daily with clinical teams both in-person and virtually Perform in-office procedures using clinical expertise Obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states as needed Qualifications & Skills Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification At least 2 years outpatient primary care experience seeing all ages, or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience Licensed in New York by start date Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and technology aptitude Passion for human-centered care, teamwork, adaptability, and reflective practice Additional Details Full-time role based in New York, NY, with competitive salary and benefits, including health coverage, retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, and practice support.
