Position Details * Locations/Required Travel: Akron, Barberton, Cuyahoga Falls * Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift * Experience: No Dialysis experience is required! Requirements * Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice. * Current CPR certification. * IV certification (if required by state regulations). * High school diploma or equivalent. * Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body (as required by CMS guidelines) prior to operating the water treatment system. * BONENT or CHT certification preferred (or as required by state regulation). * Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook (functional proficiency in DaVita's computer systems required within 90 days of hire). * Successful completion of a pre-employment color blind test (accommodations may be provided). * Note: Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.
