The Staff Pad is recruiting an Endocrinologist to build and lead a new service line within a growing hospital system.

Practice Details
- Solo physician to start, with plans to expand
- 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
- EPIC EMR + strong clinical support
Compensation & Benefits
- $325K guaranteed (Year 1)
- Sign-on: $36K–$50K
- Relocation: $15K
- Quality bonus + long-term earning potential
- Full benefits + malpractice with tail
- 5 weeks PTO + CME
