ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in June 2020 and has grown into a team of nine, including the agent. Before becoming an agency owner, he worked in a State Farm office and was driven by the goal of building a business, leading a strong team, and creating meaningful earning opportunities.

We stay actively involved in the community through local events, car shows, partnerships with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and sponsoring youth sports.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Dexter Smith - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensación: $15.00 per hour
