Associate Project Manager

To lead UBC projects and ensure the delivery of project milestones and deliverables, the full-time Associate Project Manager will manage project activities, oversee task tracking, and serve as the primary contact for internal scientists and sponsors in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate project-related activities, ensuring adherence to the Scope of Work and budget Serve as the main contact for internal scientists and sponsors, facilitating communication and project updates Prepare deliverables and lead internal and client meetings to track project progress and completion Required qualifications: College graduate with 1 to 3 years of direct project management experience Proficient in project management techniques and tools, including Microsoft Office products Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a focus on quality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn about various health-related areas Strong written and verbal communication skills
