McVay Services is seeking a dependable and hardworking Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Hobbs, New Mexico. Job Responsibilities & Requirements: Safely and efficiently operate belly dump and dump trucksHaul soil, caliche, rock, and other materials to and from job sites and disposal facilities
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain required driver and load documentation
Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must possess a valid Class A CDL
Must be able to operate both belly dump and dump trucks
Ability to travel to remote job sites
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work 12+ hour shifts
Dependable transportation and consistent attendance required Preferred Experience: Previous belly dump and dump truck driving experience
Oilfield, construction, hauling, or related experience preferred Pay Range: $23$28 per hour, determined by experience and qualifications. Applications must be submitted in person at: McVay Services LLC
