Location 2700 Fletcher Avenue,Lincoln, NE, 68504,United States Job Category Millwright Millwright Foreman CL Construction is seeking an experienced Millwright Foreman to lead field crews while supporting installation and maintenance projects in agricultural and industrial environments. What You'll Do Lead daily field operations and direct millwright crews on installation and maintenance tasks. Work hands-on with machinery and equipment while guiding team members. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align on plans, schedules, and budgets. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance through training and inspections. Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects on track. Manage labor hours, materials, and equipment to meet project goals. Travel approximately 50%; per diem provided for overnight stays. What You'll Bring 3+ years of millwright or construction experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Experience in agricultural facility installation or maintenance preferred. AWS welding certification or stick welding experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling or timekeeping software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license required. Why Join Us?
