Senior Occupancy Planner

Overseeing tactical occupancy planning for a specific geographic region, the full-time Senior Occupancy Planner will manage space utilization, prepare operational reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Prepare operational presentations and reports to illustrate space pipeline and recommendations Provide effective space planning solutions for various project types, including relocations and consolidations Collaborate with internal and client leadership to ensure compliance with program standards and alignment in operations Required qualifications Strong analytical skills with experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity Proficiency in CAFM software, space management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in architectural and engineering concepts and design Ability to develop headcount budgets, forecasting, and utilization metrics Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in building relationships with stakeholders
