Our organization is looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent research and sourcing skills through internet, phone or other channels, a reputation for exceptional candidate generation with a sense of urgency, and understands the value of providing amazing customer service! The Sourcer/Screener will be responsible for working proactively to source and fill talent needs across our growing organization.ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do:Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profilesProactively source qualified candidates using resume databases, job boards, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing strategiesConduct initial outreach to candidates via phone, email, and messaging platformsPerform high-volume resume review and candidate screening to assess qualifications and fitConduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, interest, and alignmentMaintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and engagementSchedule interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring teamsTrack candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Support recruiting projects and talent pipeline initiatives as neededMonitor sourcing effectiveness and provide insights on candidate flow and funnel metricsQualificationsBachelor's degree required (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or recruiting support preferredStrong experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS databases, etc.)Ability to manage high-volume pipelines and prioritize multiple requisitionsExcellent communication and candidate engagement skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteHealthcare experience preferred but not requiredEligibility for certain benefits may depend on employment statusCareRing Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other classification protected by applicable law.
