ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Beth Wilker, State Farm Insurance is searching for a competitive sales and service team member who can recognize opportunities and provide remarkable customer experience into long-lasting customer relationships. As our team member, you will be able to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
• Provide information on insurance products and services.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• No experience in insurance is needed since we train in all areas

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
