Job Description As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Point Operations in Lockbourne, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while collaborating with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed08:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific requirements. Document daily activities, patrol findings, incidents, and maintenance concerns through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
