Job Description About the Position We are currently seeking a Dermatologist to join our team and meet the growing demand for services in our community. Our clinic prioritizes quality and personalized care for both adult and pediatric dermatology patients. You will experience a supportive work environment and staff that allows you to provide efficient treatment while serving a diverse patient population. Practice Highlights Flexibility for physicians to focus on adult patients or include pediatric care in their practice 3 Medical Assistants per provider Patient volume consists of approximately 26-34 patients per day The procedure mix is open, with support for cosmetic services if desired Schedule Details 4-day work week: M-Th 8 am-5 pm / Friday 8 am-3 pm No traditional on-call duties; some inpatient visits with no obligation to go in Financials & Benefits Guaranteed salary of $450,000 with producing providers earning $600,000-$800,000 total $50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation bonus provided Benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 6 weeks of vacation time, and up to 4% 401k match Resident stipend available Malpractice with tail coverage provided Location Alaska offers a wide range of outdoor activities year-round, including hiking, skiing, fishing, and wildlife viewing In addition to natural beauty and pristine wilderness, the city offers various art galleries, theaters, and museums Experience Alaska’s largest city while being surrounded by a tight-knit community atmosphere
