About the Role: As a Lead Caregiver with Upscale Home Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. We are seeking compassionate professionals like you to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and veterans. Responsibilities: Provide non-medical companionship and support to seniors and veterans in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation tasks as needed Encourage socialization, engage in conversations, and support mental and emotional well-being Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, family members, and caregivers Collaborate with the care team to address client needs and concerns Requirements: 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field High School diploma or equivalent Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 per hour Opportunities for growth and professional development A supportive and collaborative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
