Clinical Teacher - Sim Lab (Evergreen posting)

Location Greenville, SC Description Provide clinical instruction to undergraduate nursing students during clinical rotations. Serve as a preceptor, delivering patient care while demonstrating and reinforcing clinical skills. Job Duties Deliver clinical care to patients while serving as a clinical preceptor to undergraduate students. Assist students with unit tasks, demonstrate clinical skills, and provide guidance. Provide leadership to enhance patient experience and safety. Give feedback to faculty on student performance during clinical setting. Evaluate student clinical performance and send improvement recommendations. Collaborate with students, providers, and patients’ families on written requirements. Assign and manage care for patients and families within nursing practice. Minimum Requirements Graduated from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor’s degree. At least 2 years of experience in the specified clinical setting (e.g., Med/Surg, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Critical Care, Community, Obstetrics). Current Registered Nurse licensure. Physical Requirements Stand for prolonged periods (30%). Walk or move about (40%). Position self to accomplish tasks such as stoop, kneel, or crawl (10%). Communicate, converse, give direction, express oneself (10%). Work Schedule Standard hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
