Join our dynamic team as a Residential HVAC Repair Technician in Scotch Plains, NJ! We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about providing top-notch HVAC services to our valued customers. Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
Valid HVAC technician license or certification.
EPA Universal (preferred) or EPA type ll (required)
Proven experience in residential HVAC repair and maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
