Your Day-to-Day Connect quickly with borrowers and build real trust from the jump Dig into their situation to figure out what actually fits Walk them through clear options and get to yes efficiently Use sharp communication and listening to keep things moving and close strong What You Get Solid tech platform: integrated CRM, digital POS, real-time pricing engine, full LOS Ongoing training and support from seasoned leaders (no hand-holding, but real resources) Commission structure that rewards production Strong splits on company-supplied leads (better for consistent closers) Even higher payouts when you bring or source your own (lead gen experience pays off big) Freedom to run your business with cutting-edge digital workflow support Who We're Looking For Active NMLS license in at least one of: CA, CO, OR, UT, FL, TX, WA Solid track record originating and closing loans.
