Creative Director, Copywriter

Leading and elevating narrative and creative concepts, the full-time remote Creative Director, Copywriter will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape brand narratives and deliver innovative creative solutions for diverse clients. Key responsibilities Champion the craft of copy, mentoring the creative team and fostering conceptual thinking to drive innovation Lead campaign development from concept through execution across integrated platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity Build persuasive presentations that enhance strategic and creative storytelling for internal and external audiences Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on brand-driven creative work Proven ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and adapt brand tone across various industries Expertise in writing fundamentals and a working knowledge of AEO/GEO principles Experience mentoring copywriters and leading cross-functional creative teams in a fast-paced environment Active use of AI in workflow and experience guiding teams in its adoption for future success
