Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for defining project objectives, developing detailed plans, coordinating resources and ensuring that agreed outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders, you will provide clear direction, maintain momentum and promote a collaborative approach throughout the project lifecycle.


Your responsibilities will include managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies; preparing progress reports and presenting updates to senior stakeholders; and ensuring that decisions, actions and changes are accurately recorded and controlled. You will establish appropriate governance, monitor performance against key milestones and implement corrective action where necessary. The role will also involve facilitating meetings and workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, supporting procurement activity and ensuring that projects comply with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.


To be successful, you will have proven experience managing projects in a complex or fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivering measurable results. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident working with a range of stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential, together with the ability to prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions under pressure. Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or equivalent would be advantageous, as would relevant professional qualifications. You should be proficient in standard project management and reporting tools and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, quality and effective team working.
