If you want to do the best work of your career at the frontier of AI, come build it with us.As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping high-performance, visually stunning React applications that power the future of AI-driven marketing experiences.What You'll DoBuild and refine sleek, high-quality user interfaces from low-fidelity wireframesImplement god-like CSS to create exceptional, pixel-perfect experiencesOptimize front-end performance to ensure seamless interactionsWork closely with design and engineering to bring ideas to life with precision and speedContribute to our product's core architecture and front-end best practicesWho You AreDeep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with strong knowledge of state management and performance optimizationProven experience architecting and scaling complex Next.js applications (App Router, SSR, SSG, ISR)Strong command of Tailwind CSS, SASS, or SCSS, delivering polished, pixel-perfect UIs Experience with data-fetching libraries like React Query (or similar)Skilled in building smooth, engaging interfaces with advanced CSS animations, transitions, and layout techniquesStrong understanding of caching strategies and CDN integrations for global performance at scaleExperience with React Server Components in production environmentsFamiliar with internationalization and localization strategies in Next.js applicationsComfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with rapid iteration cyclesA strong design eye and portfolio demonstrating high-quality front-end workNice to Have (Optional):Experience with GSAP for advanced animationsExperience with Three.js, React Three Fiber (R3F), or immersive 3D experiencesLocationThis is an on-site role in our NYC, SF, or Buenos Aires office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact. We are happy to support visa sponsorship for qualified international candidates.For this role, the expected base salary range is $140,000 to $260,000 (NYC and SF). Comp may vary by location. Profound's total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks.
