In this role, you will:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Sort, label, and file legal documents accurately
- Scan, upload, and manage office records
- Assist with maintaining confidential client and case files
- Support daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Help clean and maintain a neat, professional office environment
- Ensure files and documents are organized and easily accessible
- Follow office procedures and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic computer skills, including scanning, filing systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Proactive, efficient, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and time-management skills
