General Manager

Lead a high-performing restaurant while enjoying a schedule that supports both career growth and quality of life. An established and expanding restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations in the Madison market, leading a team focused on exceptional service and strong financial performance. General Manager – Benefits & Compensation:

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
Five-day work week with one weekend day off each week
Health insurance with $0 copays
401(k) retirement plan with profit sharing
Paid vacation

General Manager – Responsibilities:

Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth store performance
Hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
Drive sales, profitability, and operational results
Manage labor and food cost targets
Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards

General Manager – Requirements:

4+ years of restaurant management experience
2+ years of General Manager experience
Strong leadership and team development ability
Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
High School Diploma or GED
