Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to support a company focused on advanced Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) and Mission Integrated Command and Control (MIC2), delivering cutting-edge radar, electronic warfare, and AI-enabled defense technologies. This position is on-site at Moorestown, NJ; Camden, NJ; or Syracuse, NY . The Radar Systems Engineer will support the architecture, design, and performance analysis of high-performance AESA radar systems, contributing to mission-critical national defense initiatives. Responsibilities for the Radar Systems Engineer include:

Support architecture, design, CONOPS development, and requirements engineering for AESA radar systems
Perform radar performance analysis, algorithm development, and technical assessments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and interface with customers and leadership on key technical initiatives
Support system implementation, integration, and verification activities
Participate in technical reviews and contribute to engineering documentation and deliverables

Required Qualifications for the Radar Systems Engineer include:

5+ years of experience (Level 3) in radar or defense systems engineering
Proficiency in C++, MATLAB, and Python; strong experience with MATLAB/Simulink modeling and performance analysis
Experience with radar signal processing, AESA systems, beamforming, and MBSE tools (DOORS, SysML, trade studies)
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Active Secret Clearance required

Compensation for the Radar Systems Engineer include:

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and education
Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick leave as required by law
