Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and constructive group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences, foster connections, and support one another in their recovery journey. \n
- Individual Counseling: Conduct empathetic and personalized one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to explore their emotions, behaviors, and thought processes, while guiding them in developing effective coping strategies. \n

- Progress Monitoring: Use various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track, evaluate, and document client progress, ensuring that treatment goals are being met. \n
