We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasic individual to join our team as a Utility Operator. This position is ideal for candidates that are experience in the manufacturing field or are looking to start their career in a fast-paced environment where they can gain experience in industrial operations. Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operation of production machinery and equipment Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to safety protocols at all times Maintain accurate records of production output Collaborate with experienced operators and supervisors to implement best practices in production operations Use forklifts or clamp trucks to load and unload trailers Maintain housekeeping standards Sorting, staging, and moving wastepaper into production line Wrapping and labeling finished product Preferred Experienced: Fork or clamp truck experience Manufacturing and production experience Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
