What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be an important resource for our customers, helping answer questions, resolve issues, and provide the responsive service that builds long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, payments, and account updates.
• Help process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and other service requests.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide clear information about coverage, policies, and available options.
• Assist customers with claims-related questions and help connect them with the appropriate resources when needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and service needs have been resolved.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work closely with the agency team to provide timely and consistent service.
• Help create a positive customer experience that encourages long-term loyalty and retention.

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus, with willingness to obtain after hire if needed.
