Finance Manager

I'm partnering with a rapidly growing residential real estate organization to identify a Finance Manager for its Kansas City division. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional who enjoys partnering with operations, driving financial performance, and helping leadership make strategic business decisions in a high-growth environment. Location: Overland Park, KS (100% onsite) Office: Kansas City (66207) Bonus Opportunity: Up to 25% of annual salary Relocation Assistance Available Key Responsibilities: Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement review KPI reporting and dashboard development Financial modeling and strategic planning Revenue recognition and financial controls oversight Banking, cash management, and lender relationships Internal audit and compliance activities Supporting executive leadership with financial insights Building and mentoring finance talent within the division Ideal Background: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Public accounting and/or real estate experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities Experience creating dashboards and reports to drive business decisions Ability to analyze financial and operational data to improve performance Power BI experience This is a highly visible role with significant interaction with senior leadership and the opportunity to help build and shape the finance function within a growing organization.
