Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage services based on guest needs and preferences
• Provide comfort massage and reflexology to patients during Cancer Center treatments
• Ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional environment
• Educate guests on treatment benefits and recommend follow-up care and retail products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatments rooms and spa areas
• Start and complete services on time
• Address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to support spa operations

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License (required)
• Minimum 500 hours from an accredited program
• 1-3 years of experience preferred (spa, medical, or wellness setting)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally
