You'll:Welcome clients and help create a positive experience from arrival through departureHelp clients schedule and manage veterinary appointmentsAnswer client questions and help connect them with the information they needMaintain clear and timely communication with clientsCollaborate closely with fellow receptionists, veterinary technicians, veterinarians, and other team membersHelp coordinate client needs and scheduling to support an efficient hospital workflowProvide attentive, compassionate, and professional client servicePay close attention to details while managing multiple responsibilitiesHelp resolve client concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approachPitch in wherever needed to support teammates and the overall client experienceWhat You'll BringVeterinary experience can certainly help, but it isn't the most important thing we're looking for.
