Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetics & Regenerative Medicine

Practice: Pure Renewal Regenerative Concierge Medicine
Location: Orlando, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Position Overview

Pure Renewal Regenerative Concierge Medicine is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, peptide therapy, wellness, and regenerative treatments.

This provider should be confident performing consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients, and delivering high-quality care in a concierge medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, medical evaluations, and follow-up visits.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s medical history, concerns, wellness goals, and clinical needs.
• Evaluate and treat patients receiving peptide therapy, wellness treatments, and medically managed weight-loss services.
• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including Botox or other neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Assess facial anatomy and recommend safe, natural-looking aesthetic treatment plans.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, benefits, risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
• Identify contraindications, manage potential complications, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to maintain consistent treatment protocols.
• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
• Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA, infection-control, and safety requirements.
• Stay current on developments in aesthetic medicine, peptide therapy, regenerative medicine, and wellness treatments.
• Support patient retention by building trusted relationships and providing a high-touch concierge experience.
• Participate in training, promotional events, patient education, and practice-growth initiatives when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of peptide therapy, aesthetic medicine, Botox or neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and wellness treatments.
• Understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, contraindications, and management of potential complications.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide professional, compassionate, and personalized patient care.
• Comfortable working in a growing, concierge-style medical practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, weight management, or concierge medicine.
• Hands-on experience administering Botox or other neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Formal aesthetic-injector training and applicable certifications.
• Experience developing and monitoring peptide or wellness treatment plans.
• Experience with patient education, consultations, treatment conversion, and long-term retention.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical photography.
