- Collaborative and highly experienced team including 2 other General Surgeons – one is trauma-focused and the other is bariatric-focused \n
- Cutting-edge technology, including a new da Vinci robot \n
- Strong patient referral base & ample surgical case volumes \n
- Unlimited scope of practice with opportunity to develop niche surgical focus in breast or vascular for interested surgeons \n

The Investment in You:

- $600,000 guaranteed first year and $675,000-$700,000 documented annual earnings \n
- $550,000 base salary + RVU production starting in year 1 \n
- $50,000 sign-on + relocation + student loan assistance \n
- CME Allowance: $5,000 + 5 days/year \n
- Quality of Life: 4.5-day workweek + light call burden for great work-life balance \n
