Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care and support for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Circulate within the operating room setting, managing sterile environments.
• Participate in on-call schedules as required and communicate effectively with surgical teams.
• Document nursing care and patient information accurately in the charting systems.
• Maintain compliance with infection control policies and practices.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience; travel experience preferred.
• Experience as a Circulator RN; scrubbing experience not needed.
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Epic charting system experience preferred.
