Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Transactional Tax Associate to join its Corporate practice group in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in transactional tax, particularly in M&A transactions within the middle market private equity space. Candidates should possess strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and contracts. Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative transaction strategies. Participate in high-level legal activities such as negotiations and trials. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Engage in professional development opportunities.
