Job Title: Phlebotomist

Job Description

The main function of a Phlebotomist is to assist in performing various assigned duties, troubleshooting, training, and making workflow recommendations.

What You'll Do:

• Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection
• Label, process, centrifuge, and prepare specimens for testing
• Ensure specimen accuracy and integrity
• Update patient information and provide excellent patient service
• Follow safety, OSHA, and laboratory procedures

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience performing blood draws/venipuncture

✔ Phlebotomy certification preferred

✔ Experience in a lab, hospital, clinic, or patient service center

✔ Strong attention to detail and patient interaction skills

This is a Contract position based out of Adelphi, MD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
