Caregiver Supervisor

Caregiver SupervisorChristian Care Fellowship Square of Mesa is looking for a Caregiver Supervisor with our memory care team. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.The purpose of this position is to provide supervision of Certified Caregivers who provide a broad range of services to the residents in our Assisted Living facility. This position is considered a "working" supervisor as the supervisor is required to perform regular caregiver duties in addition to supervisory responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and administer prescribed medications to patients.Maintain medical records.Perform welfare checks on patients.Orders and completes medication records.Provide physical assistance, laundry, bedding, and light housekeeping.Partner with other associates to ensure safety and well-being.A positive can-do attitude.Compassion to communicate well and work as part of a team.QualificationsArizona Caregiver certification required from an approved agency or company will pay for Caregiving certification.Background check, DPS Fingerprint Card, current TB test, Food Handlers Card, and pass drug screening.Must have current Adult CPR and Basic First Aid Training.Minimum of HS diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an assisted living setting with minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 100lbs.Why Join Us:Free meal provided during lunch working hours.
