We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting your future.We take care of our people — because we know they're the heart of everything we do.What You'll DoProvide overall executive accountability for the performance of True Oil LLC's exploration and production businessDirect strategies to maximize asset uptime, production efficiency, and operational reliabilityLead all exploration and production operations for True Oil LLCTranslate company strategy into operational plans, performance goals, and execution prioritiesOversee development and execution operating plans, capital programs, production forecasts, and resource allocationReview significant variances between forecasted and actual productionProvide executive oversight of field development activitiesBuild strong working relationships across various departmentsAct as a senior member of the Executive Leadership TeamDevelop and deliver presentations for Executive Committee, Board, PODS, and Supervisor meetingsLead team in developing an annual budgetMonitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure operations are conducted in compliance with laws and regulationsDrive continuous improvement initiativesSupport acquisition divestiture and development decisionsRepresent the company in high-level discussionsFoster a culture of accountability, leadership development, safety, stewardship, and operation excellenceUphold company values and promote ethical business practicesSupervisory Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee all senior operational and departmental leadersStrategic oversight, goal setting, executive-level mentoring, and organizational developmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired Education, Experience and/or AbilitiesA bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or energy management, with fifteen (15+) years of progressively responsible leadership in oil and gas exploration and production operations including significant experience in upstream field operations, production, drilling completions, or asset development; and equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Proven track record of operational excellence, strategic execution, and team leadership.Must have the ability to direct reservoir studies and evaluations.Ability to assess and integrate operational technologies and analytics tools.Preferred Education, Skills, RequirementsMBA or advanced degree.Computer SkillsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, S &P Global (HIS) Well Datta, Enerdeq, Powertools, and oil and gas industry computer programs.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCurrently have or be willing to obtain a Professional Engineering registration or Professional registration in a relative profession in the State of Wyoming.Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Additional Eligibility QualificationsMust live in or around Casper, Wyoming.English language fluency, verbal and written.Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug/alcohol test.True Oil LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Vets, Disability
