AI/ML Engineer

To support innovative AI initiatives, the full-time AI/ML Engineer will lead the design and development of ML pipelines, collaborate on scalable AI systems, and evaluate emerging technologies, all while working in a dynamic environment in Saint Paul, MN. Key responsibilities Lead the design and development of ML pipelines for advanced AI algorithms and models across various business domains Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical AI solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives Deploy, test, and optimize ML models and data pipelines in production environments while providing mentorship to junior team members Required qualifications Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) or equivalent industry experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a production environment Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and building ETL pipelines using tools like Spark and Kubeflow Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NLP techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch Experience integrating machine learning models into larger system architectures and familiarity with iterative development processes Virtual Vocations Inc
