This role drives end-to-end execution, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery, while partnering across product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. With governance oversight across CSOC, Threat, Computer Vision, and Aviation, alongside product recalls, cross-border trade compliance, and financial transaction integrity, the role advances operational excellence. The Staff TPM leverages modern tools, including GenAI and advanced analytics, to improve execution, increase visibility, and drive continuous improvement across programs. About the team: The CTS Global Governance team drives enterprise-wide governance by managing complex, cross-functional programs with clear accountability and timely delivery. Positioned at the intersection of technology, operations, and business, the team collaborates closely with product, engineering, and domain stakeholders to align priorities and enhance outcomes. They oversee critical areas such as CSOC, Threat, Computer Vision, and Aviation, ensuring compliance and operational integrity. By standardizing frameworks and continuously refining processes, the team supports Walmart’s secure, efficient, and scalable operations across multiple organizations and geographies.
