About The Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Analytics Associate to join our Data Information Systems team. This role is ideal for an analytical professional with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets. Key Responsibilities Use Tableau to create customer‑facing reports on Benchmark application data and scope these reports. Collaborate with customer services teams to finalize proposal creation efforts. Work with Application DEV teams to finalize data models to bring into Tableau reports. Maintain and troubleshoot existing reports and investigate data accuracy concerns. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science with coursework in database management and computer‑related training. 1–2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. Ability to clearly understand and articulate a data science problem and work on it independently. Experience implementing and optimizing big data analytics, machine learning, and statistical algorithms using SQL. Python experience is an added advantage. Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis. Knowledge of various data structures and common methods in data transformation. Strong pattern recognition, natural language processing (NLP), predictive, and machine learning modeling skills. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Ability to draw insights from data and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and senior management. Interest in working in a fast‑paced and rapidly changing environment.
