Radiation Therapist (Contract)
Location: California 95901
Pay: $2,837 – $3,175
Day Shift
40 hours/week
5 x 8-hour shifts
Start time: 8:00 AM
No call, no weekends, no floating
Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately
Verify patient identity, treatment plans, and physician prescriptions
Prepare equipment and position patients for treatment
Monitor patients during therapy and report any adverse reactions
Maintain accurate treatment records and review patient charts
Support patient education and supervise students as needed
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent (Preferred)
Master’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience in radiologic technology (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
ARRT – Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) (Required)
Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification (TRT) (Required)
BLS/CPR (Preferred)
Fluoroscopy Permit – California (Preferred)
