What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry setting
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Monitor telemetry, administer IVs, and manage patient care documentation
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in MS/Tele environment
• Current BCLS certification
• Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Experience using Epic electronic health records system
• Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
