Title: Lockbox Specialist (Night Shift)

Client: Banking

Locations: Onsite at Dallas TX, 75207

Duration: 12+ months of contract | (possibility of extension or conversion to full-time based on performance)

Pay Range: $17/hr to $19/Hr.

Shift: Night Shift | Thursday - Monday | 9:15 PM - 5:45 AM

Parking & Facilities:

• Open Lot Parking (No Fee, 24/7 Security)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily scanning and imaging of customer/client documents received via mail and courier services
• Operate high-speed scanning equipment to process large volumes of documents efficiently
• Extract, sort, and prepare documents from envelopes for processing
• Ensure all documents are accurately scanned and indexed in accordance with department guidelines
• Identify and manage exception items and workflows, ensuring proper handling and routing
