A Quality Facility Services is looking for a motivated and dependable Janitorial Supervisor to oversee 2nd shift operations in Rocky River. This leadership role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized environments while motivating and supporting a strong team.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily janitorial operations and ensure quality standards are met
• Lead, train, and support team members throughout the shift
• Conduct quality control inspections and final walk-throughs
• Step in and assist with cleaning duties as needed
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Monitor labor hours and maintain efficiency goals
• Address client concerns professionally and promptly
• Conduct daily huddles and communicate updates to staff
• Promote a positive, team-focused work environment
• Work closely with management to ensure client satisfaction and operational success

Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial or supervisory experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Stable work history
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual skills are a plus
